Questions cookie
managers ask
- Is this an official Girl Scouts tool?
- No. Troop Cookie Tracker is an independent tool made by Northpine Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Girl Scouts of the USA, ABC Bakers or Little Brownie Bakers. Your council's system stays the official record.
- Does it connect to eBudde or Smart Cookies?
- No, and it never asks for your login. When you reconcile, you copy totals from the baker's reports. Everything else you log here as it happens.
- My council isn't listed. Can I still use it?
- Yes. Enter your price, packages per case and proceeds tiers once, and the rest works the same.
- Where is my season saved?
- In this browser on this device. To use it on another phone or computer, download the season file and open it there; your season pass comes along, or restore it with your checkout email and troop.
- What happens after the season?
- Your pass covers the 2027 sale through June 30, 2027. Download the PDF and CSV, then delete the season or keep it on this device for next year's planning.
- What if it isn't right for my troop?
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of paying and we refund the $15 in full.
Initial orders are due in December or January in most councils.
Plan yours tonight; it takes about five minutes.
